Athletic performance is general is in strong demand in our community for fields to assist with it, but I had a request recently for one covering basketball. Added to that, this is designed to let you enjoy your training and your games too, sometimes we just need that extra push and incentive to get back into an activity, especially when we find ourselves able to do it much better than before. Listening limits are yours to decide upon, at least 30 minutes a day is great to go for to build up the energies within you and to see results, see if you can listen before and/or during your training to concentrate the effect the energies will have on you. Proper rest, hydration and nutrition is a must to get the best out of this audio as you're asking a lot of your body and mind while also going about training for a demanding sport.
